Our team at Family Promise of Yellowstone Valley is dedicated to helping homeless families in our community. We believe that every family deserves a safe and stable place to call home. Lisa Donnot
Executive Director
Lisa has been the Executive Director of FPYV since 2013. She came to us after a 20 year career in Criminal Justice. After raising her own family, she is now an adventurous empty-nester who spends her free time gardening, backpacking, fishing, hiking, and snowshoeing with her partner, grandbabies and two puppies!
Michelle Downey
Social Worker
Michelle was born and raised in Montana. She graduated from Montana State University Billings over 20 years ago. Michelle has always enjoyed working with people and families. She has a 15 year working in the criminal justice system and has worked directly with families for 7 years. Michelle’s home life consists of her husband, two kids still at home, and two dogs, Mocha moo cow and Benedict Cumberbark. In her free time she loves reading, gardening, and making stained glass windows.
Sherlynn Stewart
Development Director
Sherlynn is a Montana Native who has over 25 years of Events and Fundraising experience in her background. She loves volunteering and helping anywhere she can. She has one daughter who is married and made her a Gigi with two amazing little boys! She spends her time with the grandbabies and her pug.
Shay Reiser
Project Manager
Shay has a background in case management, loss prevention and retail management. She moved to Billings in 2021 and has five kids and five dogs. In her free time she enjoys volunteering, feeding and clothing houseless individuals, and working with teens.
